The paper is based on the result of the field research to study the pre-school education curriculum in Kashgar region. The data is collected from the field research and has two resources: one is the questionnaire for teachers and children's parents to get the materials of quantitative analysis; the other is the case research to get the qualitative analysis.In order to study about the present condition of the bilingual educational curriculum and perfect the bilingual educational curriculum system in Kashgar region, the paper based on the practical problems of the"bilingual education"in the region to have a deep research, and analyzed the materials which affect the bilingual educational curriculum in that region by the ways of questionnaire and case study. Finally, the paper gave some advices to improve the teaching and curriculum conditions for the pre-school education in Kashgar region. We hope that a real pre-school"bilingual"education will have been put into effect in Kashgar region and can offer lessons for the other minority region in Xinjiang.
