With the rapid development of society and the deepening of the reform of basic education, a lot of new technology, new knowledge, new theory permeates the language education field, teachers’ experience before the one-time education obviously can not meet the needs of social development and education reform, teachers in continuing education has become a necessary requirement of the development of The Times. As disseminators of scientific knowledge- teachers, only to establish the concept of lifelong learning through continuing education and constantly improve their own quality and professional level, to adapt to the comprehensive promotion of quality education and basic education reform and development needs.However, as China’s most western region of Kashgar, relatively backward economy and culture, although teachers’ continuing education has been carried out for many years, teachers’ continuing education and training have become more, but research on the Kashi region of Han Chinese junior high school teachers’ continuing education or very little.In this study, literature study, questionnaire and supplemented by interviews, combined with relevant theory and practice of research achievements of teachers’ continuing education, from language teachers with continuing education, school leaders to participate in continuing education attitude, continuing education aspects of training, forms, assessment and evaluation, continuing the overall level of education of teachers, teachers’ demand for continuing education, continuing education influence factors were investigated.The survey found: Continuing Education in Kashi Prefecture many problems, mainly in: teachers’ participation in continuing education self-awareness is not high; school leaders attach importance to continuing education is not enough; a single training methods, assessment becomes a mere formality; the overall quality of the training of teachers needs to be improved; the training is not targeted; funds are not guaranteed and other issues. To solve these problems, analyze its cause and try separately from the teacher level, school level leadership training at the institutional level, raise the level of education authorities: continue to enhance their educational philosophy, to establish a correct understanding; increase emphasis on continuing education a really good job related training; improve the construction of training institutions to improve the timeliness of continuing education; strengthen continuing education management, improve security, and other related strategies necessary.The author attempts to study this subject, to provide for the future conduct of Kashgar area junior Han Chinese teacher continuing education and the development of relevant policy basis, at the same time, I hope to attract teachers and related institutions pay greater attention to, and to find more and better solution, the real purpose of teachers’ continuing education in order to effectively improve the quality of Kashi Prefecture junior high school language teacher, to further promote the development of education in Kashi Prefecture.
