In recent years, China's higher education has already changed from elite education to mass education, great changes occurred in both internal and external environment. But the teaching management process has still redundant organizational structure, tedious process and rigescent management pattern. In particular, a local college has just experienced, Therefore, applying business process reengineering theory to the teaching management process reengineering meets the requirements of the development of theory and practice. With the advent of a new era of economical knowledge and the development of IT, The teaching management process reengineering coming from business process reengineering is the core of local college management reform.This article analyzes the teaching management pivotal process of local university, puts forward to apply business process reengineering theory, uses relevant technology methods and modern IT set up a new local university the teaching management process system, proposes a model of local college teaching management process reengineering with students, teachers and teaching management as the center, information technology as the means, achieving scientific teaching management as the purpose. First, this article discussion of process concept and college teaching management process reengineering on basic idea ,method, principle, process and drawing flow chart. Next, the article analyzes the real condition of local college teaching management process, opens out the existent problems, gives the reason from process aspect, construction a structure of local college teaching management process reengineering. Bases on the theory , with the principle that"organization and system reengineering is the soft environment, enable system design is the foundation", the author aggregates the practice of university of jinan.The method provides a new way of thinking for college management reform coping with the new situations coming with student diversity and talent variability.
