Study On The Developmental Pattern Of E-Learning Industry

It's a learning society since the information increase as bomb blast. Everybody need to learn during his whole life. Everybody need chance to get education equally,also they want to choose what to learn and where to learn by theirselves. E-learning is a new training model which can provide more flexible choice for people who want to study after their graducation from college.There isn't much research on e-learning in China since it's such a new thing. Most of the researches about education are on education economics, microeconomics, industry organization. There's few articles on e-learning industry. To build a right industry developmental pattern is important for the industry development.Compare with western countries on the e-learning industry developmental pattern, base on industry development theory and the true situation of China, I give a sketch for Chinese e-learning industry developmental pattern.The e-learning industry should focus on popular higher education and continuation education, the goal should be improving people's basic essence, boost up the practical skill instead of passing exams. The resources should be marked out with unified planning and resources should be shared by all the organizations and people. The investment for e-learning should be by country, enterprises and individuals.
