Construction Of The School-run Industry Group Management Model

Campus industry began from 1958 in China, and developed rapidly these years. Though it dose not have a long history, it has played an important role in our society. As the minister of Education Ministry remarked, first, campus industry promotes the technology as well as the economy. Secondly, it provides a place for cultivating person. Thirdly, it creates working vocations, etc.With the expansion of campus industry, we are facing the question of its management. The lack of its study turned out to be a bottleneck of the campus industry's grow. It is important to solve the questions aroused and seek a way of our own.According to the practice in Beijing University of Chemical Technology, this thesis discusses the future of its own campus industry, constructing a pattern of management of a group for its long-term development.
