Moral competence plays a fundamental part in the development of individual ethics, and moral competence of middle school students has direct links to the unification of cognition, emotion, will and behavior. However, the current state of moral competence of the middle school students is out of touch with the aspect of convergence of cultivating, which greatly restricts middle school students' choice behavior. This paper provides some referential ideas and practices to help improve middle students' moral competence after an in-depth study on theoretical guidance and convergence of cultivation. In theory, by absorbing and learning from research at home and abroad, the paper puts forward its opinion, especially on an analysis of the importance of cultivating moral competence of middle school students, its current state , the pros and cons and the causes of inadequacy of convergence of cultivating. In practice, based on literature references, case analysis and investigations, differences among middle school students in respect of psychology and cognition have been found. Besides, the paper provides some specific approaches and effective proposals for the problems of convergence of cultivating their moral competence, which will be an innovative attempt.
