Analysis Of The Present State And Influential Factors Of Sports Lifestyle Of The Young Teachers In Fujian's Colleges

With some research methods adopted,such as the literature research method,interviews, questionnaires,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,the article is focused on the investigation of the conditions of the present sports lifestyle and the analysis of the influential factors of Fujian Teachers College youth,in the hope of helping young teachers to form a good sports lifestyle and providing a valuable reference to promote the development of education in Fujian.The results show that:young teachers think highly of their own state of health;they show the general attitude toward sports;they have a higher-income;they have a higher level of consumption on sports,which are mainly about the purchase of sports apparel, shoes,hats and tickets for sports.What's more,they spend their spare time studying,going surfing and reading books and magazines.On the other hand,they always do all kinds of sports,mainly about walking,running and ball games,with their friends,workmates and family in the public,free venues,like schools,districts,Park Plaza and sports venues are free of charge in the afternoons.However,only 16%of the young teachers do sports.Those who participate in sports activities are mainly affected by the inherent subjective motives,such as keeping fit.Others who don't participate in sports activities are mainly affected by objective external factors,such as no time,high work pressure or family burden.To suit the remedy to the cases,firstly,the government departments should improve the sporting regulations, systems,and enact some policies concerning abut promoting young teachers to participate in sports activities.Secondly,the leaders in colleges and universities should pay attention to carrying out sports activities among the young teachers,constructing and improving sports facilities and they should often develop various forms of sports activities,and establish a wide range of teams to do sports.Finally,young teachers should set a good sense of participation in sports,coordinate the relationship among activities,work and family,make full use of time to do sports,enhance the interest in sports,and become more active so as really to blend sports into Life and become a part of life.
