The study was completed after the systematic study of case and case teaching model of high school geography curriculum required 2(Take the edition published by People's Education Press as a example) from both the aspects of theory and practice,on the base of completely understanding of The Standard of Full-Time Ordinary School Geography Curriculum(experimental edition).The main study purpose is to optimize the cases in high school geography curriculum required 2,and construct a case teaching model which fits the rules of cognitive development and comprehension of high school student.Firstly,the related concept,theory,and the domestic and international study were reviewed in this article.Then, the case and teaching case in required 2 were summarized and studied by combining with the idea of high school geography curriculum and use part of the recent domestic teaching case for references.The high school geography case teaching model were set up,and design the implementary example on the base of above results.At the same time,the case in the high school geography curriculum required 2 and case teaching model were invested and validated by the method of experiment,investigation,and interview;the author's opinions about the problems and difficulties in the implement were clarified and put forward the solution of it. This study will provides theoretical reference and practical basis to further study the high school geography textbook and case teaching model.
