Since the concept of corporate culture became a hot research issue from its birth, the academic study on it has never stopped, and the study of family corporate culture has especially been preferred by a large number of management scientists, economists, and sociologists. Since reform and opening up, large progress has been made in family business development in our country, and many scholars have shown their interests on these emerging cultural studies of family business culture, which have studied on family corporate culture in more multi facets, in more multi levels, and more comprehensively, based on comprehensive sociology, management and other related disciplines. However, there are only a few results of research which are from the anthropological point of view. Therefore, based on the previous attempts, this paper is going to give a try in this area, that is, from the perspective of cultural anthropology to explore the change of corporate culture of emerging family.This paper is going to choose PangDonglai Henan Province as cases to explore the change of corporate culture of emerging family from the perspective of cultural anthropology, by analyzing and researching the case in the use of participant observation and interviewing methods. The author believes that the traditional family system and the composition of the ethics code of ethics of the "family culture" in the emerging culture of family businesses still play a core role in the early formation of the status. Accompanied by the development of family businesses, family businesses in emerging culture of the system is gradually standardized and experienced entrepreneurs in the success or failure of adjustment after the continuous operation of their ideas, has become the main line of the new family business and cultural development. Social interaction within the family rather than rigidly within the family seems to have become the source of progress and development of emerging family corporate culture. Enterprises which are not only focus on the internal efficiency of enterprises, but also particularly on social responsibility and contribution to corporate culture has become external performance of emerging family corporate culture. Ultimately, enterprises have to form its own unique corporate culture gradually in their own survival and development environment, rather than copying the so-called "advanced" and "foreign" corporate culture. Only in this way, can emerging family corporate form their own business culture which is adapt to the characteristic of development of corporate and be in favor of the real development by leaps and bounds.This article is divided into three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. The first chapter'Introduction'represents the discovery of problems and sort the relevant literatures; conclusion of the article makes a concise summary of the main points; the body is divided into four chapters (II, III, IV, V), which constitute the main body of the article.The second chapter introduces overview and entrepreneurship course of the PangDonglai to emerging family corporate from the enterprise to explore, starting, and suffering. The author described it in an Anthropology deep way, reflecting the formation of the early corporate culture by interviews and information on the intranet from the side point of view, and draw a conclusion that "family culture" till plays an essential role in the emerging corporate culture of the early family formation.Chapters III and IV continue to carry out anthropological description, from the enterprise development, starting with the accumulation and growth through the expansion of enterprises, specialization, precipitation and growth of the enterprise development process. Drawn from the examples of interviews, the emerging family corporate culture system gradually began to standardize. Entrepreneurs who have experienced the successes and setbacks began to operate with heart and have formed their own business philosophy, which has become the main body for the development of emerging family corporate culture. Social interaction with external environment which is not limited to the family has become the source of the formation of emerging family corporate culture. Taking great stress on social responsibility and contribution has become external performance of emerging family corporate culture. In the end, firms have started to adapt to their own development environment, has formed corporate culture of its own.Chapter V made a resolution of PangDonglai on the current corporate culture. Fresh examples of enterprises are also showing that the current corporate culture also boosts on the development of the emerging family corporate.Looking at the full text, from the description of the development process of PangDonglai, to the change of emerging family corporate culture, the article demonstrated the unique feature of emerging family corporate culture, and also reveals that "Construct its own unique corporate culture" is the final way of building family corporate culture.
