Advanced vocational colleges adopt the "2+1" teaching mode,with the main goal of training technical talents,and the "1" stage of the teaching mode is internship.Post internship is a scientific and effective way of learning for students to adapt to social life and corporate culture in advance.Most vocational college students will face employment problems directly after graduation.To improve the cognition level of corporate culture of interns in advanced vocational colleges can effectively lay a foundation for their stepping into society and consolidate their working ability,which is conducive to realizing the "zero-distance" docking of interns from "students" to "employees".In this study,firstly,literature analysis was used to collect the relevant research data on corporate culture cognition at home and abroad,and the specific research progress on corporate culture cognition at home and abroad was known.Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,we have obtained detailed empirical data on the cognition of corporate culture of interns in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of the original research and this research,combined with the research results,this paper analyzes the level of corporate culture cognition and the ways of corporate culture cognition of interns in higher vocational colleges to understand the problems existing in the current corporate culture cognition of interns in advanced vocational colleges.And combined with the theory of use and satisfaction and the theory of cultural communication,this paper makes a deep theoretical analysis of the reasons for the formation of the cognitive characteristics of the current intern's corporate culture,and makes in-depth exploration and discussion,in order to explain the specific reasons behind this situation.Finally,according to the characteristics of the post interns in higher vocational colleges,starting from the post interns in advanced vocational colleges,enterprises,schools and other aspects,practical and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to help more post interns in higher vocational colleges to improve their level of corporate culture cognition and form corresponding professional qualities,so as to quickly change from the role of students to the role of employees in enterprises during employment.
