The revitalization of the nation lies in education, and the revitalization of education lies in teacher. All sectors of the community make increasingly demand on the quality of the various types of schools, in particular the education sector pay wide attention to the improvement of connotation and development of the school. Facing with the fierce competition between schools in basic education, it is worthy for every school manager to think carefully that what kind of development strategies should carry on, and how to use professional development of teachers to promote the teaching quality as well as the quality of schooling. We should give a high degree of concern to the improvement of the quality of teachers which causes the professional development of teachers and the quality of schooling can promote and condition each other and that we take it as a tireless pursuit of the goal.This article is based on characteristics of the present stage of professional development of teachers and reality of the quality of schooling, providing an overview of the connotation of schooling, use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the present condition and the problems and difficulties of professional development of teachers, the relationship between the professional development of teachers and the quality of schooling, the specific measures taken by the secondary school where I work to promote the professional development of teachers. Also it discusses the promotion of improving the quality of schooling by professional development of teachers and demands for the professional development of teachers made by the improvement of the quality of schooling in detail, by means of collection of information, on-site inspection, analysis of the study, conclusion and summary. First of all, this research paper finds out a major factor to impact the professional development of teachers by analyzing the characteristics of professional development of teachers in our country; then study the value character of professional development of teachers in the view of interrelationship between the improvement of the quality of schooling and the professional development of teachers. By means of information gathering, on-site inspection, survey, analysis, and conclusion, it discusses the dialectical relation between the professional development of teachers and the improvement of the quality of schooling in detail in theory of Pedagogy, which is based on the view of enhancing the quality of schooling. It stresses we have to continue enhancing the school-based teacher training capacity, and take the professional development of teachers as the promotion of the schooling quality in order to get the sustainable development strategies and measures to be used to guide education, and the development of teaching.
