To speed up the modernization construction of education and in-depth promotion of quality education, our country start science curriculum in the reform of fundamental education course in 2001. In autumn 2004, science curriculum was implemented entirely and fundamental education course reform has been in the stage of overall implementation. Wuhan, one of the regions which offered early science curriculum in junior middle school, has experienced exploration and practice for four years.Combined with teaching experience of science new curriculum of Wuhan's junior middle school, this thesis researches the current situation of implementation on science new curriculum of Wuhan's junior middle school by questionnaire. This thesis also summarize elementary effects of Wuhan science new curriculum teaching and put forward some deficiencies in implementation process of science new curriculum of Wuhan's junior middle school according to school periodic research in teaching practice as well as teachers, students and parents forum. In order to further promote the implementation of science new curriculum, this thesis gives discussion suggestions for reference on some deficiencies from four different aspects: education administration department., teaching-research department, school and teacher.
