Groups' Trend Analysis Of And Solutions To Staff Studying Abroad In Third Military Medical University

Studying abroad is an important approach to absorbing advanced science and technology from foreign countries, learning available economic administration experience and other useful culture, as well as strengthening high-level personnel training. There are new ideas about implement the personnel training project in Chinese military, which are expanding channels of personnel training in international, and promoting it through a broader external environment and international resources. According to the principle of"supporting study abroad, encouraging those who complete their studies to return home, and coming and going freely ", the international office of Third Military Medical University improved the management of studying abroad, which promoted personnel training of the university and the development of disciplines. And it also played a positive role in enhancing the university's academic standards, and making it well known in the world.The study tried to find out the law and development strategies of staff studying abroad in Third Military Medical University, analyze existing problems, and propose relevant measures. Above all, the study provided valuable reference and scientific basis for the higher-level authorities in developing and constantly improving policies and strategies of staff studying abroad.For that purpose, the study used methods of literature research, questionnaires, expert-depth interviews, and trend analysis. After understanding specific policies, regulations and practices of staff studying abroad in Third Military Medical University, the study analyzed recent policies of staff studying abroad, and concluded experiences of it and its effect. For the past 30 years of staff studying abroad for analysis, according to data changes, the study summed up the rules and characteristics of the development of staff studying abroad. After dividing into four stages in accordance with different characteristics in each stage in the process of the entire development, the study dug out the characteristic of each stage and then did trend analysis. Finally, the study found out 6 problems of staff studying abroad, and gave countermeasures and suggestions.
