With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and quality education,the teaching reform has been developed from the concept research to the operational research,and the research of personalized teaching should also be paid attention to.The core idea of the new curriculum of basic education: for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,for the development of each student.It is clear that the basic pursuit of basic education curriculum construction in China is to meet the needs of the development of the times,comprehensively promote quality education,pay attention to the overall development of students.Students are the main body of education and teaching.Each student has their own unique characteristics,with different cognitive,different interests,different development potential and different value pursuit.The unified teaching mode ignores the students' differences,and the spirit,individuality and nature of the students are eliminated.The high school political lesson concept emphasis on strengthening the ideological and political direction combined with the emphasis on the growth characteristics of students,according to the thinking of the diversity and plasticity characteristics,development potential students in the psychological,intellectual,physical and other aspects.Teachers should respect the personality of students,pay attention to the individual differences of students,focusing on the characteristics of students' growing up in accordance with their aptitude,to promote the all-round development of students to carry out personalized teaching.However,there are many problems in the teaching of politics in high school,for these problems must be combined with the characteristics of physical and mental characteristics of high school students and the characteristics of high school politics.The main body has four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation and inadequacies.In the second part,the connotation of individualized teaching,the connotation and theoretical basis of individualized teaching in senior high school politics are expounded.The third part according to the questionnaire survey and teaching practice,analyzes the existing high school political lesson individualized teaching in four aspects of teachers,students,teaching process and teaching evaluation,and analysis of the problems.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding strategies according to the problems existing in the individualized teaching of high school politics class.
