With the development of global informationalization, the entire society has entered into transitional period from industrial society to information society. In order to train new-style talents with innovative spirit and innovative consciousness, our government has input more and more labor power and physical resources on construction of IT (information technology) facilities, IT training for teachers and students and researches on other relevant aspects. And according to guarantee the effectiveness of those inputs, it should make further research on relevant influencing factors of IT applied in education, so that promoting IT to develop the effects.The thesis adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and interview to classify the influencing factors both in home and abroad and to make survey and interview on the current situation of IT applied in education to elementary and secondary schools of Changchun, thus, it puts forward influencing factors of IT on education application. In addition, it brings forth development strategies of IT on education application.This thesis is divided into six sections in detailed, following contents are concrete directions.Section I is introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, research meanings and research methods, and so on.Section II is chapter one. This section is literature review of both home and abroad. It summarizes the relevant research results to area of mainland of our country, Hong Kong, Taiwan and America in sequence.Section III is chapter two. This section is mainly research on current situation of IT applied in education to elementary and secondary schools and uses questionnaire survey . Thus, it is to know currant situation and problems of IT education application through an individual case.Section IV is chapter three. Based on the aforementioned researches, it puts forward influencing factors of IT applied in education. It researches on the four influencing factors of politics, school, teachers and students separately.Section V is chapter four. This section mainly sets forth the development strategies of IT applied in education. It proposes the suggestions from national policies, informationalized leadership of president, training for teachers and informationalization environment in sequence.Section VI is conclusion and suggestions. It summarizes to aforementioned research results and synthesizes the conclusion and suggestions.
