On the composition classes of Yu Yongzheng, students show great interests and are likely to interact with their teacher. On my observation, this phenomenon indicates that they have found the way to resolve writing problems."Speaking and writing stem from the requirement of life and society", as Yu Yongzheng put it, is the goal of writing.As to the content of speaking and writing practice of elementary schools, Yu Yongzheng deploys it from four aspects. In other words, writing resources should include four traits: rooting in life, experienced, interesting and pragmaticism. Through teaching experience and theory study, along with summarizing from Yu Yongzheng's successful practice, the author concludes three clear and effective points for teachers on how to guide their students on speaking and writing practice as following: first, teachers should guide their students on writing during teaching practice; secondly, the guiding process should demonstrate"three dimension goal"; finally, teachers should enhance their students'correcting abilities about their compositions.In addition,"the practice on language communication"by Yu Yongzheng has very important merits whether it is on the regard of the Quality Education and the tendency of writing development worldwide, or it is from the prospective of"writing demand theory"and particularly for teachers who are willing to improve their writing teaching.
