The Analysis On The Twenty Years' Development And Influence Elements Of The Graduates' Work Value

Work value is one of the relatively steady elements in philosophy; it affects people on career choosing,job motivation,job responsibility and also loyalty to a job. After our government issued"Decision on Education restructuring"in 1985,the employment system for college graduates in China came through a reform from assigning a job to choosing a job independently. With this reform carrying out,work value of college graduates in China has vivid characters of the times.This article analyzes the occupational values of college graduates for different times,sums up the development trend,discusses how the work values formed and developed,and brings up some education views for the problems caused by new occupational values.
