In recent years,the "NEET"(Not currently engaged in Education,Employment or Training)phenomenon appears in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other developed cities.Many students choose no-education,no-employment and no-training after they graduated,it is called voluntary unemployment.These have become a social problems cannot be ignored.In fact,for some common family,these bring the heavy economic and psychological burden for the elderly people.To solve these problems,we have to attach importance to the vocational values guidance and career education in school education.But we have to know the development characteristics and the influencing factors of the high-school students' work values first.Work values are people's basic viewpoint of the vocation.It is the nature,significance,purpose,and understanding of career,which affect the people's vocational choice and working attitude.The correct vocational values are an important content of the school education.High school students are at a critical period in their life,the education and the experience in this time can directly affect their outlook on life,world view,values.Therefore,this is an extremely important period for the formation and development of people's work values.To cultivate the right positive professional view of the high school students,some specific operational methods are needed.In this article,through the empirical research,we can get the general idea of the high school students' work values and the influencing factors.Also,this research will get the similarities and differences of the vocational views of high school students between vocational school students and the normal school students.These can finally provide the basis to the high school students' career education.The research methods used in this article are literature research,questionnaire investigation,factor analysis and interview investigation.The first chapter is introduction,mainly explains the origin,significance,and determined the purpose,content,methods of this research.Meanwhile,it states the relevant research situation and defines the related concepts.In chapter 2 and chapter 3,through the questionnaire survey method,we can get the general ideas of the high school students' work values situation and the related influencing factors in grade 1 and grade 3 in Shanghai.It can be the foundation of the chapter 4 and chapter 5.It is founded that the work values of the vocational school students and the normal school students has a lot in common,and there are differences at the same time.The fourth chapter focuses on the development and changes of the students' work values.Based on the research results of chapter 2 and chapter 3,through a comparative analysis,we can found that after the high school learning,the students still attach the most importance to the stable work,and pay more attention to the realistic interests and self-realization.According to the fourth chapter in the analysis of changes of the high school students' occupation concept,this chapter tries to find the real factors that influence the development and changes,especially from the social environment,part-time job experience,family education,school education,etc.
