A Study Of Factors And Education Countermeasures Of Values Formation And Change Of Today's College Students

In the new situation of building harmonious society, CPC Central Committee and the State Council call on people to strengthen and to improve the ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political education, as the primary line lying deeply in the process of it, is actually a kind of values education in essential. Therefore, it is imminent for ideological and political education to know correctly and grab the features of times, to face the existing problems in ideological and political education of college students, to analyze the reason of it externally and prudentially, to explore positively the ways of enhancing the values education and to develop the real efficiency of values education.After analyzing the 30 years evolved trace of college students'educational values since year of the open reform and exerting the basic theory related values, this essay holds the opinions that the educational views of contemporary college students owns the characteristics of quick rhythm, instability, various of standards, diverse choosing, different opinions, dual judges, and the tendency of emphasizing sensibility rather than rationality. The values of college students also exposed four tendencies: the development of single values to the values diversities; the obvious strengthening of multiple levels of college students'values; the development of the individual value status with the direction from society-oriented to individualization; the advancement of the college students'material benefit opinions of focusing on the friendship and benefit; the tendency that from Idealism to Realism. On this basis, this paper illustrates multiple factors affecting the values of college students from the negative effects of market, the public's media, various culture, social current of thought, contemporary college student'weakness. Eventually, we should make our efforts on the following nine aspects: the author raises the principles of"three surrounds"which the college teachers should follow: surround the college student's thought characteristics, surround the college student's realistic life and surround the wide college students; to guide the values education by the socialism core values; to make full use of the public's media and exert the effects of social model; to guide the students throws themselves to the society fulfillment, promote the integration of the knowledge and practice; enrich the carriers of college students'values education, to set up advanced campus culture; construct a stable, high level work teams of professional ideological and political education ; to take accurately the contents of college student's values education; to innovate the mode of college student's values education, widen the ways of the teaching ; to evaluate college student's values education reasonably and scientifically.
