The Risk Avoidation In The Graduates Employment

With the change in the employment system of college graduates and the soaring increase in the number of graduats, the college graduates face not noly the tremendous pressure on employment but also the risk of employmet,so it is very important to study how to avoid the risk of graduates employment.The risk of graduates employment is all kinds of possible losses in the courses of graduates seeking a job. These"possible losses"include the lossing of money, time-consuming, employment opportunities missed,and tremendous pressure in seeking a job. The main risks of graduates employment are those: Contract Risk, Time and Probability risk, Expectations and Credit Risk.With the motheds of the literature survey and interviews,I Generalized the main employment risks,and I explored the causes and solutions of the employment risk.The causes of the risk of garaduates employent is complicated and vavious. From the angle of the social environment,we can see because China's economy is in a period of transition that means many uncertain factors and it directly affect the graduates employment.he other is because system and the rule of law and people's employment attitudes is always lagging in front of the rapid socio-economic changes.The national employment law is not perfect,and the recruitment and management of employing units is not unreasonable , graduates'employment expection is imperfect, higher education system is not perfect, all of above is the main specific causes for the risk of graduates employment.We can avoid and reduce the risks of garaduates employment from the following four aspects:improving employment-related laws and regulations; strengthening law enforcement and supervision; Employers regulating their own recruitment and hiring management; Graduates strengthening employment risk awareness; Universities,the media,the family playing an active role in avoiding risk.
