Since the reform of higher education in our country,higher education has changed from elite to popular,and college graduates have faced unprecedented pressure in career choice.The employment ability of labor market has been severely tested.Marginal employment has been an important choice to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates by relying on the traditional mode of employment and can not meet the employment needs of college graduates,combined with the employment concept of college graduates and the diversified demand of labor market employment form.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the marginal employment to the formal employment for college graduates.In the first section,the general questions to marginal employment will be detailed with considerations of the working hours,the wage,and the social welfare.Based on these three main factors,the new theory model is developed in order to thoroughly analyze how the marginal employment affects the formal employment.Secondly,through the employment situation of college graduates in Shaanxi Province and the critical employment situation of college graduates were measured.This paper analyzes the employment status of college graduates,and makes a survey on the critical job job training,working time and wage income and welfare guarantee of college graduates.Through the further analysis of the data,the use of tend to score matching method,from the perspective of labor supply,empirical study of critical employment experience in Shaanxi Province,the promotion of college graduates employment.With further analyzing the data,applying Propensity Score Match,labor supply gives a good way to study the positive and negative influences of the job hunting experiences to the future formal employment for collegegraduates.In the last section,from the perspective of marginal employment,the solution to the employment issue for college graduates will be given in terms of dynamic mechanism,management mechanism,and supervision mechanism.Through the research,the main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)wage has a significant positive impact on employment promotion,raising the wage income level to a certain extent to promote employment;(2)shortening the working time to employment(3)Raising the overall level of welfare protection can promote employment,the payment of social insurance for employees and the provision of occupational benefits other than wages to promote employment.The construction of the thesis is mainly reflected in the following aspects: First,from the perspective of marginal employment,the paper analyzes the mechanism of college graduates' employment behavior on their formal employment,and constructs the marginal employment from three dimensions: working time,wage income and welfare and combined unemployment and employment into a unified framework for research,it also provided a theoretical and empirical research to future..Second,from the perspective of marginal employment to explore the impact of marginal employment on employment promotion,and then build the marginal employment of employment promotion mechanism.
