On the other hand, investigate the motives and consequences of the litigants'option.The study concludes that: the choice of law as a strategy to resolve disputes is not necessarily a rational choice under the specific village context for the litigants. After inspecting laws in the operation of the rural community, its process of practice and the understanding of the context, the researcher finds that the law has legal behind in resolving disputes in rural society because of their own characteristics and specific in its application and implementation of effective diluting contradiction, unable totally coming into village life and unable to reach the desired aim. The practical path to get rid of the legal behind difficulties is to build a social integration vector of norms and rural villages in the Context line-level.
