Research On The Development Of Innovative College Teacher Resource In The Situation Of Independent Innovation

Enhancing the ability of independent innovation and constructing innovative country is the premise and safeguard of enhancing the compositive national power in our China. Institutions of higher education is the primary base for bringing up innovative talents, practically doing well the work of development of innovative college teacher resource, transforming the abundant human resource into human capital, will make important sense in enhancing our country's ability of independent innovation and fully playing the special role during the construction of country innovation system.By making use of literature analysis and compared research methods, beginning with the connotation of dependent innovation and college teacher resource, this paper delves into the qualities and characteristics of innovative college teachers in the situation of independent innovation, and define the concept of"innovative college teacher resource based on independent innovation". Then based on the problems which existed in the development of innovative college teacher resource in the institutions of higher education in our country, by inspecting and comparing the differences of college teachers management between China and America ,using for the reference from institutions of higher education in America, based on the relative theories such as"double-factor"theory, this paper advance corresponding strategies of the development of innovative college teacher resource in the situation of independent innovation.With a view to the new demands of college teachers proposed by the new situation of dependent innovation, this paper regards renewing concept, constructing teacher original team, carrying training and innovative management for college teachers into execution, and developing the invisible faculty resource are the important means of effectively developing innovative college teacher resource and fully excavating their creativity, they are also the important measures of enhancing the independent innovation ability of our institutions in higher education or even our total country.
