| China is in the process of social reforming, the social valves are more and more diverse. Under the overall environment of social development, people's attitude toward love and marriage is becoming more and more diverse and open, which brings certain impact on traditional moral concepts of love and marriage. Most of them can treat it correctly, but under the influence of western sex liberation movement and other trends of thought, some college students'values on love and marriage depart from the right track, their love and marriage behaviors are seeing some deviation, and these problems have already affected their normal learning life and the sound growth of their body and mind directly. However, universities have not paid sufficient attention to this issue; especially they lack effective planning on love and marriage education, the concept of human-oriented hasn't been reflected, and hasn't form complete education system, which currently can't give scientific and effective guidance to college students. Therefore, universities should do love and marriage education effectively for college students under the educational concept of human-oriented. Effective love and marriage education in college should include human-oriented educational concept, educational principle that's obeying the characteristic of love and marriage education, scientific educational purpose, clear educational object, love and marriage values and relevant knowledge that are in accordance with contemporary social and moral standards and requirements of the times, educational method that's consistent with the characteristic of college students'learning approach and specialized educators, by this helping college students establish their love and marriage values according to requirements of the times, solve properly the practical problems existed in their love and marriage and promote the healthy and all-around development of their body and mind.
