Postgraduates are the participants of scientific research work, but also the reserve forces of the national innovation system of scientific research teams in the future. The postgraduate's creativity not only directly affect the level of knowledge innovation of colleges and universities, but also of the country's overall innovation capability in the future and it has an important impact on the national innovation system. Training innovation ability should be the core of post-graduate education, the highest education in China's education system, and into the entire process of postgraduate education. Which is not only the quality requirements of the postgraduate education development, is also the important historical mission given by the times to postgraduate education. University is the dissemination of knowledge in the carrier and the main body of knowledge innovation in the national innovation system, more the cradle of high-level innovation personnel training. College postgraduate education must set training and improving the postgraduate's innovation capability as the main objectives and tasks. However, a large number of survey statistics show that the postgraduate Master's overall innovation ,trained by China's colleges and universities, is poor, which can not be good for the community to meet the needs of innovative talents. This paper will found out the reasons of postgraduates'poor creativity, based on the present analysis of the status quo of the postgraduates'creativity, focusing on the factors which impact the cultivation of postgraduates'creativity in universities, and explore the strategies to improve the postgraduates'creativity.This paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1, introduces the background of this study, sums up the purpose of previous studies, and explains the purpose, ideas and methods of this study. Chapterâ…¡, defines the creativity and make clear the scope and contents about the training of the postgraduates'innovation. Chapterâ…¢, analyzes the factors impacting the cultivation of the postgraduates'creativity based on the present analysis of the status quo of the postgraduates'creativity. Chapter IV, according to the analysis of the factors which affect the cultivation of postgraduates'creativity in universities, explore the strategies to improve the postgraduates'creativity.
