Study On University Academic Lectures And Talents-cultivating

As a basic academic activity, university academic lectures have an important influence in student's learning. Colleges and university not only pay attention to the student's skills learning, but also supply more academic lectures to students. It can improve the comprehensive quality of students and make a progress of campus culture.Through researching the university academic lectures formation and development, the study have a theoretical significance. Through finding the history of academic lectures, we know the sense of lectures to university. Meanwhile, because of university's basic role is talents-cultivating and lectures played an underestimated role in talents-cultivating, it makes this research have a practical significance. Combining university academic lectures with talents-cultivating, through analysis academic lectures characters, research it's role to talents-cultivating, analysis the status quo survey make some inadequacy results, as a result have some corresponding countermeasures. The research from a minor academic activity to analysis it's important role to talents-cultivating, it is also the most important part of this thesis.The dissertation was written down according to the relationship of academic lectures and talents-cultivating. It can be divided into following four parts: The first part, including the Introduction and overview of academic lectures, it is the basic study. The second part, discussion academic lectures played an important role in talents-cultivating from five aspects. The third part, analysis academic lectures status in domestic and foreign university-----the author collected some of city's university student's attitude to the lectures, used some simple statistical analysis to the result, and gathered other means of information, obtained a number of inadequate factors of academic lectures. The fourth part is to use university academic lectures to promote personnel training strategies, the author expectations through response to the proposed research make this thesis have a practical significance.
