Research On Training Of Entrepreneurial Academic Talents In American University

Innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important topic since the 21 st century.The domestic and foreign universities all make continuous efforts to build a harmonious and vigorous entrepreneurship education system.With the development of entrepreneurship education,social demand for high-level academic talents also increases dramatically,and problems about fostering entrepreneurship academic talents are highlighted increasingly.With its late starter,the entrepreneurship education in China is still on the initial stage and the training of entrepreneurial academic talents isn't mature enough.In contrast,because of early start and mature,the entrepreneurship education in the United States enjoy high reputation.In the aspect of cultivating entrepreneurial academic talents,American universities also accumulates much mature experience and as a reference.This thesis mainly uses the literature method,case analysis method and comparative method to study the problem of American entrepreneurial academic talents' cultivation.First,the thesis introduces the research status of entrepreneurial academic talents' training at home and abroad,and then proposes the main content.Besides,this thesis interprets the related concept of entrepreneurial academic talents.Second,by quoting and analyzing the background,history and status of entrepreneurial academic talents in America,it is a valid path to cultivate entrepreneurial academic talents to clear the establishment of entrepreneurial education program.Then taking the entrepreneurial academic talents of university of Washington as a case,this thesis introduces education program of three stages for entrepreneurship,such as bachelor,master and doctor.It reveals the outstanding results and concludes useful experience.Finally,this thesis summarizes the existing problems in Chinese entrepreneurial academic talents' training,at the same time,combining with American experience,the thesis puts forward the corporate strategies to boost the training system of Chinese entrepreneurial academic talents towards maturity.
