Research On Private Pre-service Educational Institutions In Germany

Since World War II, German economy is developing swiftly. This trend requires higher quality workers. Employment is becoming a severe challenge especially for the uncompetitive youths. German government makes a lot of practical efforts in German Private Pre-services Educational Institutions (GPPEI) in order to provide more opportunities to accept occupation education for the youths. Based on the first-hand data and practice, the dissertation analyzes the characteristics and the rule of development of GPPEI, compares with China Private Middle Vocational School (CPMVS), and gets some clues by summarizing literature, investigating facts, analyzing principles, and comparing research. The main contributions of this dissertation include:First, analyzing the necessary of GPPEI existing from the views of psychology and education, sociology principles, economic,politics respectively.Second, setting forth the developing states of GPPEI from the two historical stage which before and after German united.Third, summarizing the basic operating mode of GPPEI, analyzing and inducing its five main functions which include that ensuring equal rights and opportunities of receiving education, making sure the uncompetitive youths accepted by the society, exploiting the residual labors and expanding education market, promoting corporation among partners in diversifying education system, cutting training cost for enterprise to increase the profit. Meanwhile, indicating its advantage and disadvantage after totally uncovered the characteristics of GPPEI,.Finally, making a comparison between GPPEI and CPMVS, then drawing some clues of operating mode for CPMVS.
