Vocational College teachers are good and the main force of Vocational College, is the revitalization of higher vocational education in Tianjin where lies the hope for; Vocational College teachers is the purpose of optimizing the allocation of a building can meet Tianjin development of the cause of higher vocational education the need for teachers,teachers constantly improve the quality and level.For economic development in Tianjin providing effective personnel and intellectual support the development of higher vocational education is the key to higher vocational colleges teaching staff is an important part of management.This paper studies the basic idea is to establish a system of the three principles for the theoretical basis to investigate the findings of the study as factual basis.In specific research,in-depth survey of Tianjin Vocational College teacher resources actuality of the current Vocational College in Tianjin teacher resource quality,quantity, structure and distribution,and other aspects of the situation on the teacher resource management and development of the lack of strategic objectives of planning,the degree of marketization is not high,structural imbalances,such as regulation and control adverse practical problems.On this basis,this paper from the two aspects of the policy and management made a series of forward-looking and pragmatic mechanism to optimize the management of Tianjin Vocational College teacher allocation of resources,that is,from the macro level,it calls for converting the role of the government,deepening reform and improve the Vocational College teacher resource management market mechanism,through the establishment of the pool of retired professors and teachers sharing site,and other established methods to solve structural Vocational College Teachers problem of insufficient resources.Through coordination Vocational College,the tripartite relationship between the government and teachers teaching resources to establish the optimal allocation of the market mechanism,in Tianjin for hiring and personnel stability,the flow of talent,talent allocation areas for breakthroughs.This paper pointed out that the final evaluation of the choice of targets and methods of selection,specifically brought up the feedback evaluation methods and targets for the allocation of resources so that teachers can keep improving the mechanism,so as to achieve optimization Vocational College teacher resource allocation,enhance Vocational College teacher Resource Management and the purpose of the level of development.
