Make A Study Of Enhancing Education And Training Of Teachers In Middle Vocational Schools

At present, many teachers are devoting themselves to middle vocation education in our country, they lack opportunities of afresh accepting the system study of innovation knowledge and developing educational methodology and ideas of education,it is essential and pressing to enhance education and training of teachers.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is to state background, to state situation of the current developing, to state content and methodology about education and training of teachers. The fifth part is to point out how to improve education and training of teachers in middle vocational schools in our country.
