Career Development Of The Middle School Teachers In Fu Yang Countryside: A Case Study

This paper studies on the middle school teacher in Fu Yang countryside. Because the countryside teachers live in the poor area where it is less civilized while they educate 70% of Chinese children with amazing perseverance, the countryside teachers are selected for study. Because the middle school period is the important stage to develop characteristics as well as the "terrible stage" of the characteristic, it is selected for study. The students not only learn knowledge but also develop the moral and psychological quality in the middle school. So it's necessary for the teachers to work more. And it's challenging for the middle school teacher. It's realistically significant to study the middle school teachers.Two countryside middle school teachers are case-studied in the paper. The career development is known and shown by interview. The key affairs in their career are traced and analyzed. The carrier characteristic is abstracted The environmental factors such as family, school, society and education policy as well as personal factors such as education degree, work motivation, study and adaptation strategy to the career development are disclosed.The conclusion is drawn that inner and outer career of the good Fu Yang countryside middle school teacher are well developed and also stricter by the area conditions. Their career development is not only the result of the personal effort but also benefits from the outer support. The interaction between the personal and the environment determines the career development progress and condition. In order to push the countryside teacher to develop the career, it's necessary to evoke their personal career development consciousness and improve the management and training strategy for the teachers. Meanwhile, the government should also provide policy support.The paper realized the study aim as the research on the career of the middle school teacher. In order to be well known and improve their career development, it's necessary to carry out the follow-up study on larger scope and various views.
