Current, management field" team" concept has increasingly become the focus of the managers. Grade group as the basic organization management, grade group teachers team gradually into the majority of educators and researchers in the field of vision, and gradually become the Chongzhongzhi of grade management. In grade management, how to maximize the potential of teachers, to arouse the teachers' individual initiative, and give full play to students'team spirit of cooperation, make the grade group teachers team generatedl+1>2synergistic effect, is to improve the teaching quality of schools, promoting the overall development of students and teachers professional improvement important way.This paper is based on the junior middle school grade group teachers team management as the starting point for research, the five part discusses the research:the first part introduces the background of problem, analysis the research core concept. The second part of this paper describes the theoretical basis and literature review. The third part of the S school conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews from grade group layer facing the teachers team undertook a series of investigation and study, and the conclusion of analysis.
