With the development of modernization and multiplication, teaching can not be well done only depends on the enhancement of individual or the wit of leader, while without the effective team cooperation.This thesis brings the concept "team" into the class-teacher community, adopting the self- organization perspective to analyze the class-teacher team. Then, according to the characteristics of class-teacher team and self- organization theory, the author points the class-teacher team is a complex organization that could spontaneously adapt external environment and development independently.This thesis proposes the definition and the characteristic of class-teacher team depends on the management science theory, psychology theory, self-organization theory, generalizes the status of high school class-teacher team by questionnaire survey and interview, then propose the improvement measure from the aspects of consummating goal, balancing excitation, promoting communication, introjecting atmosphere, strengthening standard.21st century is a time to pursue both the individual value and team achievements. In the school work, the time of competition catch-up has gone, the time of teamwork is bound to arrival.
