Research On The Improvement For Higher Institutions' Financial System

The development of advanced education plays an important role in economic development. Every country accelerates the speed of the development of advanced education now. The improved study of financial internal system in colleges and universities, as an important part of advanced education management system. For realizing the university function and target effectively, different financial management system will be carried out respectively. The paper gives an improved study of financial system from the aspects such as to widen didactical capital source, to strengthen the effective management of research capital, to establish and perfect the evaluation system of the social service capital project etc. for university function goal.
