Since 1999 universities expanded enrolling, the tendency of university graduating student hard to seek job is more and more rigorous. Human Capital is the advantage capital for acquiring occupation, which for university graduating student who belong to high Human Capital group, and occupation acquiring is the important path that university graduating student's rich Human Capital to get repay, so university graduating student's occupation acquirmg is full of meaning. At current our country's employment situation is commonly hard, research on seeking job of university graduating student in the view of Non-Human Capital factors has important theoretic meaning,practical meaning and social meaning.Through exploring Human Capital Theory,Material Capital Theory,Spirit Capital etc. to analyze main factors of Non-Human Capital and confirm its connotation and extension, setting up a theoretic frame. Making questionnaire《the Function of Non-Human Capital Factors in the Process of Seeking Job of University Graduating Student》, using methods of Descriptive Statistic Analysis,T Test,F Test to quantitatively analyze the function of Non-Human Capital factors in the Process of seeking job of university graduating student.The research indicates:①Factors which influence university graduating student to seek job are diverse, Non-Human Capital factors tend to play stronger function in the process of seeking job of university graduating student, as individual university graduating student should aid factors which can interfere actively through exercising man's dynamic role in the process of seeking job.②Analyzing such factors: gender,academic qualification layer,trustworthiness etc., Discovering most of them are not single body, but various capital forms combination.③Aiding functions of Non-Human Capital factors, upgrading abilities of seeking job of university graduating student.Putting forward related suggestions:①Gradually changing effect of traditional seeking job opinions on university graduating student.②Aiding details, maximizing the effectiveness of seeking job cost.③Aiding underuniversity graduating students' Non-Human Capital accumulating, upgrading underuniversity graduating students' all-round development.④Raising underuniversity graduating students' abilities of mobilizing Non-Human Capital.
