At current our country's employment situation is commonly hard, research on seeking job of university graduating student in the view of Non-Human Capital factors has important theoretic meaning,practical meaning and social meaning.Through exploring Human Capital Theory,Material Capital Theory,Spirit Capital etc. to analyze main factors of Non-Human Capital and confirm its connotation and extension, setting up a theoretic frame.
