With the gradual enlargement of postgraduates' enrollment in the past years, the level of postgraduates is related to the tutors' professional development. The cultivation of vocational education postgraduates also needs high-level land qualified vocational education master tutors. Furthermore, the main aspect of tutors' development is their professional development. The vocational education master tutors' professional development is the key that it can improve the scholarly and educational level in vocational education.In order to deeply research on the vocational education master tutors' professional development and provide the reference for the education of postgraduates,the author mainly applies the qualitative research method in social science——teacher's life history research method. In educational field, the researcher pays attention to the narrators' situation and status and confirms "their life histories" and "their practice" in their working situations.The materials of research are from three vocational education master tutors who are respectively from a University of Shanghai, Hubei and Hunan. In the dissertation, the author is not only the narrator, but also the researcher, who interviewed them, sorted out the narrative materials and summed up and analyzes their stories. From their stories, the author mainly understands their professional development and investigates their cognitions and practice. Then the author puts forward the display and the realized way of the vocational education master tutors' professional development. The vocational education master tutors' professional development is the continuous development of vocational scholar, and the formation of morality and personality. They can realize the professional development through establishing the self research consciousness, protruding their scholarly specialty, strengthening the unity among students and colleagues, and learning to write Blog on line. Then the author expects to provide a kind of creative reference for the vocational education research through the dissertation.
