The Study Of Problems And Countermeasures On The Entrepreneur Education In The Higher Vocational Colleges

Enterprise education is a new area of exploring and researching the education practices and theories. Since the transformation of economic structure and the popularization of the higher education in recent years, the phenomenon that college students' employment became more difficult, which made people paid more attention to the enterprise education. Promoting the enterprise education in the higher vocational college in our country, it's meaningful to accelerating the economy development, redressing the pressure of the employment and realizing sustainable development of people and economy and the reform of the vocational education, it is not only the trend of international inquire, but also the acquirement of the time.Compared with the foreign countries' enterprise education, it began a little later in our country. It is not systematized and systemized, that is the reason why the situation of enterprise education in higher vocational college is not mature, and how to develop is become a big challenge, Based on some excellent enterprise education experiences in home and abroad, this paper investigated focusing on the vocational college students' conceptions and the cognition of their major, the influence factors and their will to choose a job, the preparation of the enterprise and so on, All of these are aimed to focusing on the problems of the enterprise education in higher vocational college through investigation and interview and the files. On the basis of the fruit of the foreign' enterprise education experience, abstracted the characteristic of 41 career-creators' from countryside and agricultural vocational college , integrated the 41 independent career-creators' commonness and suggestions in introspect of the student in enterprise education, this paper put forward some suggestions to the enterprise education in our country, which as follows: keep pace with the time, improve the cognition of the enterprise education, diversifies the education targets and content, systematizes the curriculum system, building up enterprise facilities, encouraging the reform and the management that based on the enterprise education, cultivating the enterprise culture in campus, taking the students' creativity as the assessing quotas, and excavating support from the society to the school.
