With the continuous development of quality education and the gradual deepening of the reform of curriculum, Chinese novels teaching of middle school are facing with many contradictions and difficulties. Therefore there is a continual sound to call the Chinese secondary education reform. Reforms of teaching have put forward a new demand to the teaching objectives, course content, teaching methods, teaching measures and the level of teachers'knowledge. Chinese teaching is no longer just a means of exam-oriented education, but all in order to promote the students'common development of quality, and to cultivate a sound personality and character, also to be an all-round development of human resources. The new teaching goal needs an inevitable requirement for new corresponding teaching methods. At this background of educational reform, the situational approach with its unique teaching concept and models meets the needs of contemporary Chinese teaching and gradually been widely applied to the teaching of all subjects. Situational teaching is that teachers must create a teaching situation, guide the students to consider the content of texts to stimulate students'interest and emotion, finally to achieve the educational aims that transfer knowledge and cultivate aesthetic temperament, training students the ability to promote all-round development. Situational teaching has changed the traditional concept of curriculum, and promoted to the curriculum from a single to diversity. The classroom has changed the forms of organization. There is a higher demand to the level of teachers'knowledge. It enhances the main body of the students and enriches the form of classroom teaching.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the preface mainly on research present situation, objectives and research methods of the research topic. The initiated theory of Chinese contemporary situational teaching in our country is Li Jilin, as a primary Chinese teacher, with her years of teaching practice, She put forward in the implementation of Chinese teaching in the context of teaching approach from foreign languages situational teaching. Situational teaching is applied to all the basic education disciplines by the following scholars such as Wei Zhicheng, Li Xiuwei and Pei Dina. On the one hand, the study of the current Chinese situational teaching subjects into reading, writing and other basic skills training in Chinese, on the other hand, the study concentrated into different aspects of literature such as poetry, prose. But an in-depth study of the novel situational teaching is currently empty. The author feels that the novel practice of teaching needs literature research, qualitative analysis and case analysis to start exploring novel situational teaching from the goal of quality education, I hope to provide a reference for teachers to continuously improve the current status of novel teaching in the middle school, realize the goal of quality education earlier.The second part mainly analysis the existent issue of Chinese fiction teaching in the middle school. Novels teaching are a major teaching in the middle school, however, the current status of their teaching is not satisfactory. The goal of the classroom teaching is vague. Teachers make themselves difficult to answer the purpose of teaching is for examinations or for all-round development of students or other for the other one. The traditional way of thinking together with the reality of condition make its teaching methods are often single, old, and also students interested in studying can not be improved. Many places in our country doesn't have enough teaching equipment affected by economic and other factors, so the status of teaching in Chinese school is worrying, and its must reform immediately.The third part is the focus of this paper .It mainly discuss the implementation of teaching methods and matters be noted by the specific case of teaching at secondary school Chinese novel situational teaching, that including five aspects. The first method is to cite"Coach Lin in the snow temple," as an example. It will show the multimedia courseware to give students a true feeling on vision in teaching the novel, inspiring students to consider the feelings. It will make students feel a real experience and enhance their understanding of the text content. The second way is to take"Lin Daiyu first come to jia" and "Border Town" as an example. It will enable students to understand the emotional of the character n detail in the novel idea by their students'own reading in passion or teachers to read as a model. The third way is to give "My Uncle Jules" and "Fan Jin obtain better test score" as an example. The way that live performances for students to their own situation into the story, make they feel the contradictions and conflicts in the novel, also experience inner thought activity. This approach also facilitates the training of students having the communicative ability to perform. Fourth method is to cite "the death of Yang" and "the key link to circumvent dependencies birthday" as an example. The method using music to make students access to emotional experience, getting a profound work reclaiming the spirit of people thought, so as to achieve the understanding of the content of the novel. The Fifth is to take "voice" and "Old Man and the Sea," as an example, the method that setting students consider situational questions, and get their opinion.There are three aspects of matters should be noted in the novel situational teaching. First, fully prepare should be do before class. Second, a variety of factors which influence the novel situational teaching should be monitored. Third, the effect of the novel situational teaching should be immediately evaluated. Situational teaching trained students from different aspects, cultivating the students a wide range of practical ability, promoting all-round development of students meets the goal of quality education. However, as a theoretical system, it is not a enough good teaching method. The specific implementation needs necessary attention to the questions, that continuously improving the quality of teaching novel.The fourth part focuses on the practical significance of situational teaching. On the one hand, the novel situational teaching in favor of comprehensive improves the level of students'knowledge. On the other hand, the novel situational teaching in favor of promotes the development of quality education and the new curriculum reform. The implementation of situational teaching not only promotes the development of multicultural curriculum, but also rebuilds the new teacher-student relationship in the contemporary teaching, highlighting the dominant position of students in the study, at the same time it enriches the classroom teaching.The fifth part is conclusion. It focuses on the problems which need be researched deeply, including the development of situational curriculum, the schedule of teaching material and the process of monitoring and evaluation of classroom.
