New Exploration On Professional Moral Education In Secondary Vocational Schools

Nowadays the professional moral quality of students in the secondary vocational schools is unsatisfied.The incidents that students didn't obey the professional morality during the process of practice have happened again and again,which have had great influence over the students themselves,the secondary vocational schools,the working staffs,the families and the society.Professional moral education in secondary vocational schools has its own characteristics and makes a difference in cultivating the professional moral quality of students in the secondary vocational schools.In order to know about the situation of professional moral education in secondary vocational schools,I have surveyed four key secondary commerce vocational schools in Fu Zhou.and found some problems which mainly include: the position of the professional moral education is low,the professional moral textbook is not adaptable well,the characteristics of professional moral education have been ignored and the process of professional moral education has run closed.Many reasons lead to the problems of professional moral education.The change of the social environment,the decline of the students' quality and the deficits in the development of secondary vocational schools must be the most important reasons.In order to strengthen the professional moral education in secondary vocational schools,I thought that three things can be carried out:the first thing is to change the outward environment better;the second thing is to improve the quality of students;the third thing is to guide the secondary vocational school to move towards benign direction,especially in the innovation of the goal of cultivation,specialty construction,moral education reform,instructional reform,cultivation of teaching staff and school culture construction.
