With the Economic Reform, the students of secondary occupation technicalschool being its unique style and value, plays an irreplaceable role in thedevelopment of our country economy, the society and the progress of culture. In thepast, the science and technology is the first productivity. And now operational skillsis also a kind of productivity, and occupation moral is a powerful guarantee of thedevelopment of productive forces.However, tracking the students’ employment status, it’s found that most of themdon’t have clear career target with negative attitude and low integrity. Hence, lessonabout occupational morals are so important. Based on the investigation onoccupation morality of vocational school students, then the effective strategy withcertain theoretical significance and realistic value can be raised.This article is in the literature, questionnaires, interviews and other researchmethods, based on the key vocational schools around Nanjing fourth-grade studentsand graduates commence work ethic, and strive to reflect the true status of studentsin vocational ethics.This article consists of four parts: The first part starts from the basic concept,elaborating on the urgency of occupation moral teaching. The second part raises thecurrent problem based on the questionnaire for students and employers survey, visitsof employers, students and parents. The third part analyzes its causes and identifiesthe root. The fourth part proposes a series of measures to develop occupationmorality of students in secondary vocational schools. That is to combine society,school, family and student himself to develop good occupation moral purpose.
