The school-enterprise cooperation as the training mode for developing comprehensivequality talents is the joint educational schools and businesses, mutual benefit, resource sharing,and mutual cooperation. The school-enterprise cooperation is our country’s Vocational Educationreform and developmental direction,and also the most promising and viable training mode ofcurrent Vocational Education. With the employment as the guidance, with the service as thepurpose, with the quality strives for the survival, with the management for efficiency, with thecharacteristic for the development, Secondary Vocational Education must reform the educationby promoting the school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning personnel trainingmode to achieve these requirements. Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation inrunning schools, Secondary Vocational schools will face a huge challenge on the moraleducation work.In school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode, because of the educationenvironment, cultural atmosphere, teaching content and training target, there are somedifferences betweem the Secondary Vocational Education and enterprises, lead to the moraleducation of traditional organizational mechanism, content, teachers’conditions, mode and path,evaluation, is not conform to the new requirements of the current vocational education personneltraining. Because of the particularity of Secondary Vocational schools, it faces the severeenvironment of moral education, that worrying about the moral education present situation, so itis urgent to improve the actual effect of moral education in innovation. Therefore, under theschool-enterprise cooperation mode, how to improve and perfect the Secondary Vocationalschool moral education work is an important task for the secondary vocational school with thenew situation.This article briefly describes the moral education of school-enterprise cooperationtheoretical foundation, and the main principles guiding ideology and collaboration moral reality,and makes a list of specific questions of moral education of school-enterprise cooperation in thepresence of background, and analyzes the reasons. Due to insufficient recognition of thegovernment’s guidance for school-enterprise cooperation of moral education, it leads to the moraleducation work organization is loose, and the mechanism is not sound; insufficient fundsinvestment leads to inadequate teaching equipment and teachers thin for cooperation in runningschools; the lack of interest and security mechanism leads to attach great importance tointellectual education and disdain moral education, and school-enterprise cooperation is notactive; the theory behind the study results that the construction of moral education in school- enterprise cooperation behind the professional building.Compared with the traditional mode of moral education, this article integrates secondaryvocational moral education with the humanistic spirit of enterprises, the production practice, themanagement mechanism, professional ethics education and vocational skills training, and do theinnovation research of organization mechanism, the content of moral education, moral educationculture, teachers of moral education, moral education mode and evaluation of vocational moraleducation work.Seize the key point of school-enterprise cooperation, there are two levels,one istheory,one is practice. From this perspective,to solve the specific issues of vocational moraleducation work,that is what,who and how of construction. Only ensure the effect of secondaryvocational school moral education, can the students receive moral education systematically, andhelp the students adjust their mentality, stimulate their fighting spirit, establish ambitious goalsand direction to achieve success.
