With literature,Survey,Interviews,Statistics and logical,depending on life-long education theory,teachers educational theory and basing on the research of new sports teachers of FuYang middle schools,the paper made a systematic study and proposed measures in view of the form of the inductive education,content,assessing the existing problems.All of the above give the basis to improve the quality of inductive education.The results show that:①Vast majority of newly appointed physical education teachers in middle schools have the urgent feelings and more correct attitude about inductive education.The main reasons for their participating in inductive education are the administrative requirements and individuals' needs.②Inductive education has two forms which are collecting training and intramural training.Collecting training contains teaching observation,Case studies,Panel discussions,expert lectures and other forms.Intramural training mainly adopts a "teacher and student" form.The effect of colleting training is better than the intramural training.③Inductive education mainly includes the elements of morality education,education policies and regulations, education and teaching skills,Sports professional subject knowledge.④The new sports teachers hope the inductive education adopts the forms of teaching observation,case studies,expert talks, Panel discussions and other forms of self-reflection.They hope to set two types of lessons which are educational theory and teaching methods.They hope to check the inductive education by way of theoretical examination,papers or operations,teachers' basic skills competition,having the open classes or examination classes.The vast majority of teachers are in favor of normal university students participating in inductive education.⑤Currently,the problems of inductive education are:School leaders don't pay enough attention.Schools lack of tutors,training aids facilities,means,and relevant policies.⑥To improve the quality of continuing education,we should reform the form of inductive education,develop education activities with local characteristics,establish the perfect incentive mechanism,strengthen educational management and assessment,provide the necessary time,research and improve the inductive education contents,establish and improve the inductive education system,improve the quality of training.
