Canada has the world's leading higher education level, the economic development of Canada offers a variety of high-quality personnel. Canada is Canada's success in higher education from their own national conditions, reforms in education and get sharp, out of the context of the development requirements in line with the national character of the road, the development of the diversity and differences in the form of higher education to create a successful and effective higher education management system.This paper summarizes the development process of higher education in Canada, concern in higher education between China and Canada's history and reality, a detailed analysis of the Canadian higher education system and the reality of China's higher education issues, from Canada and China-oriented management system of higher education, based on different perspective on the Chinese development and reform of higher education to provide more lessons, warning, or a new way of thinking. This paper studies the point is that by studying the development of higher education in Canada, as well as the education management system trajectory for a number of development suited to China's higher education can be used as reference model and the concept of education, educational development of China's draw some inspiration.In this paper, the characteristics of higher education in Canada, briefly summed up in five areas: (1) advanced the idea of running, accurate positioning of the school; (2) high school attendance and good quality of education; (3) University-level differences between limited; ( 4) decentralization of the management system of classification; (5) University of the school environment for full self-government. Analysis of the Canadian study the education management system is the impact of the higher education system across Canada. Comparison of the Canadian system of government focus on China's political system and the nature of the differences and seize the main features of the Canadian higher education, to distinguish these features from the learned how to improve the institutional development of China's higher education experience. In today's world, knowledge is increasingly becoming an integrated national strength and to improve the international competitiveness of the decisive factors, human resources become more and more to promote economic and social development of strategic resources. 4) We must adhere to the priority development of education's strategic position. Education in colleges and universities establish and improve the quality of the assessment or evaluation system can foster the reform and development of colleges and universities, colleges and universities to raise the level of internal management and quality, so that all types of colleges and universities can meet the quality requirements. 5) Vigorously develop vocational education. We should put vocational education as an important supplement to higher education for the community of high-quality output of a large number of professionals. Financial departments at all levels should arrange special funds for vocational education, focusing on lack of skilled personnel to support the professional building. 6) An independent academic. Need to further deepen the reform of higher education in China in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development to reflect on and re-development. Changing concepts of education, social development, economic development will inevitably bring about changes in the development of education, it is necessary to set up to respond to the direction and implementation of this new management structure of educational organizations.The rapid development in higher education situation, there are a lot of research to be to address issues, such as the classification of higher education in the direction of orientation and development issues, the quality of higher education, college entrance examination reform, the issue of graduate employment, as well as various types of adult higher education and private higher education development and so on. In this paper, a summary of the proposed measures is not possible to actually change the nature of the current state of education; the key is to make great efforts to solve deep-seated structural problems in order to stimulate the development of education in endogenous dynamics.
