In twenty century, Higher Vocational Education of China is at a new beginning. Thedevelopment of Higher Vocational Education has already become the most important partof National Education and Ending Education.The most important task of Higher Vocational Education is the significant positionthat develops a person with ability, which is the foundation work to be a country rich inhuman resources and community economy. Therefore, great efforts should be made todevelop Higher Vocational Education, include Informatization, Internationalization,Urbanization, Industrialization and Marketization. It is the sure warrant of developing thenational strategic emerging industry competitiveness and advantages of industrial structure.It is the only roads in socialism modernize build, promoting employment and improvingwell-being of people. It is absolutely imperative, also a long-term plan. It needs highquality Vocational Education to develop the economy and society progress.The Research focus is to find a education model and education faith through theeducation administration system of Canada that cloud getting constructive inspirationfrom it. The main line of this Research is to find the recipe for success for thedevelopment of Higher Vocational Education of China from administration system,education faith, teaching management and teacher management of Canada.
