As a basic thought in middle school teaching, Transformation theory is always highly valued by vast mathematics teachers. It seems a thread which not only runs through the whole contents of middle school Mathematics, but also guides numerous other Mathematics methods. It agrees with the middle school students' ideation and life experience. However, as to the current research on the Transformation Theory, illustration of it or summarizing in terms of solving problems are the common situation. The obvious deficiency of this phenomenon is that these means can't analyze historically or understand developmentally, and thus can't form a systematical comprehension towards Transformation Theory's essence, connotation and instruction strategy.This paper is mainly designed into some parts as follows. (1) The rising of the problem. Transformation Theory can improve the middle school teaching quality, and is of great benefit to students' understanding and commanding of Mathematics extensively and intensively. Furthermore, there are plenty of opportunities of analyzing, handling and tackling mathematical problems. (2) The summarization about the relative research upon this subject. Through a lengthwise and transversal comparison on Transformation Theory in middle school Mathematical teaching, a comprehensive understanding about Transformation Theory will be achieved. (3) By means of gathering and comparing statistics on Transformation Theory home and abroad, the current trend of this research will be further familiarized. (4) Further recognition on Transformation Theory's application in middle school teaching. After the summarization and comparison which have been mentioned above, the Transformation Theory in middle school teaching will be collated in this thesis. (5) Infiltrating application of this theory in the teaching practice. Combining with concrete cases, put forward specific strategies of Transformation Theory's application in teaching.This paper mainly adopts the approach of document synthesis and analysis, aiming at researching on the application of Transformation Theory in middle school teaching. Then the conclusions below have been achieved: while teaching, the teachers should above all tamp rudiments and manage to perfect the knowledge structure. And then intentionally culture the students' awareness of using this theory to solve problems. Thirdly, the general mathematical approaches under the guidance of Transformation Theory should be comprehended. Lastly, the refinement and summarizing of this theory should not be ignored.
