As a training base for skilled talents,secondary vocational schools shoulder the important mission of improving the professional skills of secondary vocational students,perfecting their personality and improving their ideological and moral quality.As the whole country is more and more aware of the important role of integrity,as well as the overall requirements of the party and the country to establish an integrity society,strengthening the integrity education of secondary vocational school students is a new requirement for the work of secondary vocational schools,is also a new requirement for secondary vocational students,is an important part of promoting the construction of a harmonious society.As the main place of integrity education for secondary vocational students,secondary vocational school is an important guarantee for the quality of integrity education for secondary vocational students.Although the effect of credit education of secondary vocational students is affected by many factors,the school credit education has been the most important among many factors.The text of this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is to understand the theories and methods involved in the integrity education of secondary vocational school students.Through reading books and literature,I have a strong understanding of the theoretical knowledge of credit education for secondary vocational students,studied relevant theories,and analyzed the significance,content and characteristics of credit education for secondary vocational students.In the second part,the questionnaire and interview outline were carefully designed,and students from 6 representative secondary vocational schools in Chongqing were selected to conduct a survey,and 12 teachers were interviewed.The survey data and interview materials were analyzed in detail.Based on this,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the current situation of students' honesty education in secondary vocational schools from the perspectives of school,family,society and students.The third part,from the school,family,society and four aspects of their own to explore the integrity of secondary vocational students education countermeasures.School level to expand the form of school integrity education,including environmental edification,cultural infiltration,teaching teachers,curriculum education,activities;At the family level,the participation in family integrity education should be improved,the correct concept should be set up,the good family style should be created,the parenting style should be improved,the parents should be guided to follow the example,the school education should be coordinated,and the linkage between family and school should be strengthened.At the social level,we should construct the concept of promoting the value of integrity,speed up the construction of integrity laws and regulations,improve the integrity evaluation system,strengthen the integrity supervision,improve the integrity reward and punishment mechanism,attach importance to the guidance of public opinion on integrity,and cultivate the awareness of "integrity first".At the level of students,they should consciously strengthen the self-integrity education,guide the self-reflection of honest behavior,cultivate their self-integrity consciousness,strengthen the learning of honest knowledge,enhance moral and spiritual cultivation,enhance the experience of honest and moral,and shape and improve the integrity personality.In the discussion of family,society and individuals,the author always stands in the perspective of teachers of secondary vocational schools,schools,society and individuals to secondary vocational students integrity education put forward improvement measures and Suggestions.
