Since the new turn of Curriculum Reform from the last century, the Basic Education Reform in our country has definitely achieved a series of major breakthrough. However, according to the investigation and observation, it is still obvious that a large number of secondary school teachers have weak or even no Curriculum Consciousness, which becomes big obstacle to forward and deepen Curriculum Reform. Therefore, researching on planting teachers’ Curriculum Consciousness has its relevance.This paper contains the following main contents:Four parts build up this thesis. First is the introduction, which introduces the research origin and the theoretical analysis of the core concepts, and it concludes the deficiency of related research home and abroad. The second and third part is the emphasis of this thesis. According to the shortage of practical teaching examples, this paper analysis the key role that Curriculum Consciousness plays in teaching, basing on reflections of the two different classes teaching of Archaic developed Agriculture Proceeding from one point to another, this paper made a questionnaire survey among secondary school teachers in the Z city, finding out that there still exits problems as teaching method behind time, resource awareness weak, reflection and evaluation unitary and so on. The fourth part is the Conclusion. The thesis tries to propose some reasonable and operational advice on the strategy and methods on planting teachers’Curriculum Consciousness, based on theoretical discussion and practice.Main research methods are Observation(by sitting in on a class), Investigation (including questionnaire survey, interview, conversation), recording and analyzing teaching procedure, practical verification(students visiting Agriculture Academy, learning agriculture production activity) and so on.This thesis goes through the following leading procedure:after a failure teaching experience, the author started to rethink and realized that weak Curriculum Consciousness was the common problem among secondary school teachers due to the longtime influence by Course Syllabus and College Entrance Examination system. Based on comprehending the concept, constituent elements, related theories of Curriculum Consciousness, the author designed a second class, which received satisfying effect and enjoyable class experience. Next, through questionnaire survey, the practical issues of teaching emerged.In the end, after concluding theories above and practical experience, the thesis put forward some important methods on planting Curriculum Consciousness as follows: deepening theoretical study during internship, penetrating Curriculum design concept, target consciousness, implementation strategy, creation consciousness, development measures and evaluation consciousness during career-time.
