Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform,there have been numerous experiments in curriculum reforms everywhere.The "full curriculum" dedicated to promoting the comprehensive integration of disciplines,because of its open,generative and comprehensive characteristics,meets the actual needs of the current primary school curriculum reform and has attracted widespread attention in China.The "full curriculum" vision of primary school Chinese language teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers: Chinese language teachers need to assume the role of the main teacher and accompany the children to spend every day.It also needs to be a researcher to develop and implement courses that meet the theme of teaching.Therefore,the curriculum awareness of Chinese teachers is particularly important.It not only contains teachers' thinking about themselves and students' subjectivity,how to use course resources and how to implement courses,but also reflects teachers' grasp of course evaluation.The improvement of teachers' curriculum awareness can not only promote the professional growth of Chinese teachers in primary schools,but also further promote the reform of Chinese courses in China.This study takes the B elementary school of the “Full Curriculum” experimental school in Changsha as a case.The author understands the reform practice of the “Full Course” Chinese curriculum in the B elementary school through questionnaires,observations,and interviews.The current situation of curriculum implementation awareness and curriculum evaluation awareness was investigated,and the study found that in the B elementary school,with the continuous deepening of the whole curriculum practice,the current teacher's curriculum awareness is on the way back.Curriculum subject consciousness is gradually accepted by most teachers;curriculum resources and development consciousness are constantly being strengthened;teachers can actively explore teaching content in curriculum implementation;curriculum evaluation pays more attention to diversification.However,in order to achieve the reasonable integration and use of resources under the same theme,to ensure that the curriculum implementation is consistent with the "full curriculum" concept,and to achieve a scientific evaluation of the curriculum,Chinese teachers in Elementary School B should also work harder.Therefore,the author proposes strategies to strengthen teachers' curriculum awareness from two aspects: school and teachers.For schools,it is necessary to give teachers the right to develop courses and provide more opportunities for teacher training based on the needs of "full courses".For teachers,in addition to improving self-renewal,it is also necessary to strengthen teaching reflection.Only in this way can we ensure that teachers 'curriculum awareness is getting better and better,and create more possibilities for teachers' growth,student development,and school construction.
