With the advance of the reform of basic education, it needs more new teachers whocan adopt to the reform well. The exploitation and utilization of the curriculumresources become attracting much attention. It provides a new practical platform forteacher. And it is not only an important part of the reform, but also a correct approachto teachers’ professional development. This article is about to discuss the professionaldevelopment of teachers under the curriculum resources development perspective.Thesis mainly consists of four parts:Part one: This part mainly analyzes the relationship between the exploitation of thecurriculum resources and the professional development of teachers. By illustrating thetheory of the both, the author points out the exploitation of the curriculum resourcescan improve the teachers’ professional quality, meanwhile, the development of theteachers’ profession also accelerate the level of the exploitation of the curriculumresources.Part two: This part focuses on the significance of the exploitation and utilization ofcurriculum resource to the teachers’ professional development. Firstly, take a famouseducational reformer Wei Shusheng, whose professional development by activelyexploiting curriculum resource give a good example to us. Many of his achievementshave relegated with the exploitation of the curriculum resources. Then, by the way ofinterview investigation, it analyses the practice of curriculum resource developmentof a teacher.Part three: This part summarizes and analyzes how to develop teachers’professional theoretically during exploiting and utilizations of curriculum resources.including teachers’ professionalism,professional awareness,knowledge and ability.Part four: The suggestions are as following: the aspects of the society, the schoolleaders and the teachers themselves have responsibility in the teachers’ professionaldevelopment.
