Chinese curriculum resource is the sum of various conditions which can help or be benefiting the implement of Chinese curriculum, realize the goal of Chinese curriculum, and develop the students ability of completely using language. In fact, the Chinese teachers'development of curriculum resources is look for all factors, conditions and methods that make the entrance of Chinese curriculum to be possible, help to reach the aim of Chinese curriculum, and meet the needs of teaching . The exploitation of curriculum resource is really excavating the value of Chinese teaching.As the executants of Chinese curriculum, Chinese teacher decides the differentiation, development, accumulation and utilization of curriculum resources. And Chinese teacher himself or herself is the most important resource in the process of implementation. The level of teacher has decided the Chinese curriculum resource recognition scope, the development and the using degree as well as the display of benefit level.This thesis starts from definition, classification, characteristics of the Chinese curriculum resource, and then elaborates the value of Chinese curriculum resource's development and exploitation. Through the investigation, interview, founds that the current situation of developing and exploiting of common middle school Chinese teacher. The thesis poses the fundamental contents and suggestions for Chinese teacher develop and exploit curriculum resources.
